What Usually Gets in the Way

The work is real. The online presence hasn't caught up.

Most small nonprofits aren't short on mission or effort. They're short on the time and staffing it takes to keep a website current, answer every inquiry and follow up with the people who offered to help.

Every supporter moves through the same four stages before they give, volunteer or partner. Most organizations have three of them working and one badly broken, and never find out which one.

Find your broken stage below.

The Framework

Same four stages, adapted to how nonprofits actually grow.

Be findable when someone searches for help, or for a cause to support.

What it looks like when this is the broken onePeople who would support you never find you in the first place.

  • Google Business Profile for your organization
  • Local search fundamentals
  • Mobile-friendly site
  • Analytics and Search Console

What I Build

Capabilities for community organizations.

  • Program and service pages, who you serve, how to get help, and how to support the work. Written so a first-time visitor understands it.

Where grant writing fits, and where it doesn't

These are separate things, and it's worth being clear about which one you're asking for. I can help make your organization grant-ready on the digital side: current program descriptions, organizational background, impact pages and materials a funder can review. That is different from writing and submitting the application itself, and different again from website development, digital communications, or CRM and engagement systems. Each is scoped and quoted on its own.

What I won't tell you: that any of this will win you a grant, increase donations or grow your donor base. Nobody can promise that. What this work does is make your organization easier to find, easier to understand and easier to support.

Ongoing Support

Care plans work the same way here.

A build fee builds the system. A monthly care plan covers defined updates, monitoring, support and management. Software you use is billed to you directly, never marked up.

Seasonal updatesProgram changes, new events, board updates and current numbers kept accurate.
Form and pathway testingDonation and volunteer routes checked so nothing quietly stops working.

How It Works

Four steps, no surprises.

Review

An introductory call about your programs, who you're trying to reach, and where people are currently getting stuck. No cost to talk, and every engagement after it is quoted at a flat fee.

Plan

A written scope and fixed price before anything is built, sized to what your organization can actually sustain.

Build and Launch

Site, donation and volunteer pathways, contact organization and acknowledgements configured and tested together.

Support

Defined monthly updates, monitoring and a quarterly review, so the site doesn't drift out of date between grant cycles.
